Product Description

C Type Cylindrical Tungsten Steel Grinding Head

 Double slot:
High-performance tungsten carbide rotary file with cross teeth. Compared with single tooth, cross tooth has higher cutting ability. This is especially beneficial for materials that are difficult to cut. Application field: Used in high alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, die-casting parts and plastics. Deburring, edge breaking, trimming, welding seam processing, surface treatment.

 Feature:
1.Tungsten carbide grinding heads can be used to process metals such as cast iron, cast steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and non-metals such as marble, jade, and bones. The processing hardness is as high as HRC58-60.
2.The leaf handle wheel can be replaced, no dust pollution, processing various high-precision mold cavities. The production efficiency is high, and the processing efficiency is several times higher than that of a file, and nearly ten times higher than that of a small wheel handle.
3.Suitable for woodworkers and hobbyists who often clean welds or metal processing. Easy to master and use. The unique tooth angle prevents chipping.
4.Mainly used for grinding channel impellers, cleaning pipes, finishing and reaming the inner surface of machinery, metal and non-metal processing and engraving.
