Product Description

Double Flat Bottom Silver Welding Flutes Tungsten Carbide Rotary File Burr

Tungsten carbide burr provides a method of deburring, shaping and chamfering internal grooves using a die grinder. We provide various shapes to facilitate different tasks. We also provide 2 grades to suit different metals. Most are "hard metal" grades, very suitable for steel, stainless steel and cemented carbide. The "non-ferrous" grades have a smaller range of options, and are more suitable for bronze, aluminum alloy and brass. They are also effective on wood and are very helpful for carving.

Drive tool:

1.Mold grinder: Most of the products we choose have 6mm spindles to fit the most popular collet size in mold grinders.

2.Dremmels: There are a few options for 3mm spindles. These will suit Dremmels and other details and hobby tools.

3.Larger: We provide a small amount of burrs with 8mm spindles. These will be mainly suitable for drill chucks.

4.Lengthened spindle: We provide the option of lengthened spindle (169mm) for ball burrs.

5.Recommended cutting speed: These products will work effectively in a wide range of speeds, but for more specific guidance, click the "More Information" tab.
